Products may be available for pickup or delivery depending on availability and service area.
3. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic
- Product availability
- Operational factors
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
4. Returns and Refunds
Refunds or returns may be subject to the company’s Return/Refund Policy where applicable.
Certain materials such as natural landscaping products may be non-refundable once delivered or installed.
5. SMS Program:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
