We are dedicated to offering top-tier customer service and farm fresh sod from our two family-owned Grass Guys locations. Our first location Grass Guys of Ellis launched in June 2024 in Midlothian, TX and our second location Grass Guys of Dallas Co launched in July 2025 in Grand Prairie, TX. We offer both wholesale and retail sales, serving residential customers, landscapers, builders and contractors. Our products are available for pick-up at our storefront location, and we also provide delivery options.

Our prices are competitive, our sod is fresh, and our customer service sets us apart.
